CYCLE HIRE REOPENING Easter 2022 (Friday 15th April)
The North Shore Road fully reopened!
It’s easy to hire a bike for an hour or longer – or take your bike on board ‘Lady of the Lake’ or Rob Roy III for a sail up to Stronachlachar, then cycle back on the private road (13 miles, almost traffic free) along the scenic banks of Loch Katrine. With bikes for adults and kids it’s the perfect family day out – or you can even hire a tandem or try an electric bike!

Sail and Cycle options!
Why not take your hired bike on a cruise on Loch Katrine. Experience one of Scotland’s most scenic loch cruises and disembark at – Stronachlachar. (45 mins sail) From here, cycle along the lochside road (mostly traffic free) 13 miles/21km back to the starting point at Trossachs Pier.

We require 48 hours notice for email reservations. Please note, your booking is not confirmed until we reply to your cycle hire enquiry with latest bike availability.
If you wish to hire less than 48 hours in advance, We will have bikes coming in and out all day and if you pop in to see us, we will do our very best to get you all on the road.
Loch Katrine is a lovely place to visit and there is plenty to do if you have to wait for bikes: boat cruise, lochside walk and cafe.
